THE MISSION
Be a role model to associate peers.
Create a positive work environment by treating all employees fairly
and with respect.
Work side-by-side with other employees; nurture new employees.
Enforce and support corporate policies, procedures and programs.
Oversee and coordinate the work of other employees.
Assist the store manager in the implementation and management of
programs, policies, and procedures.
Facilitate communication between management and associates.

QUALIFICATIONS
Complete an interview to assess your problem solving abilities,
commitment, supervisory and people skills.
Pass the drug test and criminal background check.
Ability to work shifts, holidays, and weekends.

COMPENSATION
Compensation Range $8.00 to $10.00/hr
